The Wii Fit is Paying Off

I didn’t realize how out of shape I was.  In two days of work I’ve dropped about five pounds and changed my body’s age from thirty nine to twenty three.  I feel a bit better too.  This exercise thing isn’t half bad.  I think I kinda like it.
